Stages of Preparation of the Annual Plan
1. Grama Sabha
The needs and requirements of the people are collected through the Grama Sabha.
2. Development Seminar
The suggestions received are discussed and priorities are determined.
3. Working Groups
Working Groups consisting of experts in various sectors formulate the projects.
4. Draft Plan
The Panchayat prepares the draft Annual Plan.
5. Approval
After approval by the Panchayat Committee, the Annual Plan is submitted to the concerned district-level committees.
